KARMAYOGI arranges several door to door Health consciousness programme accompanying  Doctors or Health experts in tribal and rural areas  of Bankura & South 24 Parganas District counselling them  on Do’s and Don’ts of  food habits , abstaining from alcohol, how to clean themselves properly . Sometime nutrition foods like fresh vegetables, milks, grams etc. and soaps , detergents are being provided to them. All of them are also advised to have simple physical exercise called Yogasana and pranayam at least 15 minutes per day. They are also guided certain Yogasana & Pranayam step by step .
Diabetics and orthopaedic problems are very common phenomena in the middle age starting from middle age. Hence KARMAYOGI runs an orthopaedic consultation centre at Nimta in North 24 Parganas , famous ortho surgeon Dr Prasun Sanyal visits this centre . Some time medicines are also provided to the patients free of cost.
